At Nicola Harding, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
